I think both ethos and pathos are present in the video. The ethos being someone who's tough, resilient, powerful, and probably brave. And the pathos being inspired and probably informed.
The ethos and pathos were made very clear in this video, you did a great job with your tone and the attitude you brought to the video. It was clear that the ethos you portrayed was tough and intimidating while your pathos was intense and forceful.
I like the restatement of "why are you here?" as a conclusion. It shows the pathos of passions, and the character is so authoratative. Nice job of being a powerful firefighter of being persuasive.
I, too, enjoyed this speech. You don't really have a story here yet, but you can develop that later...perhaps telling us more about how you got the scar. You've not written down your intended ethos and pathos, so I can't give you feedback on how well you've achieved these goals. Please let me know if you have questions about this.
